The subcompact Fiesta was last sold here in 1980. Ford introduced the sixth-generation Fiesta in early 2008, following the car’s unveiling as the Verve concept at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show. The Fiesta is currently built in Spain, Germany and China and will go into production next year in Thailand.

At the 2009 Carlisle All Ford Nationals, I got a chance to take the new Fiesta for a spin around Fords “auto-x” /testing track. Wow, the car handles just awesome! Its really amazing how well off the car is in stock form. Ford has done their homework on this car! Not one person didn’t get out of the car without a wide smile on their face! Enjoy!
